We constantly develop employees that we see have the potential for promotions and progression within Controlled Space. Alongside their line manager, we actively encourage them to take up promotional opportunities within, offering them suitable and necessary training to achieve their career goals whilst working with us.
We train and coach all of our employees to continuously develop client relationships whilst exceeding customer expectations. We offer a variety of additional training course that are available to all employees, both to improve service delivery and professional development.
We offer a number of NVQ training courses that allow all employees to further their career within a specific area. For those staff that do not hold an SIA license, we hold numerous training course throughout the year that allows our staff to progress their career.
